This workshop has been designed to equip you, as a change-catalyst, change-agent, and change-leader, with the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary to effectively initiate, manage, and drive organizational change.
Within the workshop you’ll deepen the understanding about the change and its dynamics; the change catalyst role (key responsibilities, essential qualities, ethical considerations etc.), how to build a change team; implementation of change strategies; and how to sustain the change. During the workshop you’ll be learning by analyzing real-world examples of successful and unsuccessful change initiatives; practicing change management skills in simulated scenarios; exploring different perspectives and sharing experiences; learning how to provide a constructive feedback to participants.
Format: 90 minutes (can be negotiated), online delivery. Size of the group is typically from 6-12 participants (can be negotiated). This workshop can be tailored to the specific needs and challenges of your organization.
