This workshop has been designed for Civil Society and Public Sector Organisations to analyse and assess the reasons for the (dis)connection between the governance problem you’re facing, and the governance style you’re applying. This workshop will help you to systematically diagnose governance dysfunctions for complex sustainable development challenges – understanding why these challenges are not being governed properly, even in the face of evidence-based solutions.

You’ll gain understanding of the Governance Modes and Capabilities, Diagnose the lapses in Governance Modes and Capabilities through Causal Layered Analysis (CLA), and learn how to Identify drivers of governance inaction through the Futures Triangle.

Format: 90 minutes, online delivery. Size of the group is typically from 6-12 participants, although this can be negotiated.
