Through one or set of workshops you’ll gain new insights into how to structure a long-term sustainable transformation and change journey; develop your ability to step back and take an unbiased view on your specific organisational context; increase your capability to define, design and deploy impactful initiatives; and update your toolbox with skills, knowledge, and easy-to-use frameworks to share with your team.
These workshops are for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Western and Eastern Europe; Leaders, Managers, Team leaders, HR professionals.
This course is for you, if
- you feel your organisation is more reactive than proactive when responding to the external business environment,
- your organisation has multiple and sometimes overlapping initiatives going on at the same time,
resource constraints in transformation projects are the norm and organisational priorities seem unclear,
- projects are failing to deliver on the intended long-term Return on Investment,
- project milestones are missed and projects in general are often delayed,
- projects went well if looking at the numbers, but stakeholders are not really buying-in,
- people across the organisation are suffering from change fatigue.
The workshops can be delivered online or in person. Each workshop can be taken as stand-alone, however, for maximum impact and learning, it is recommended to go through the whole course of three workshops within a 2-months period.
For optimal peer learning and interaction, an in-person format is recommended, especially when participants are from the same organisation. Group size is typically 8-12 participants.
