This workshop has been designed for Civil Society and Public Sector Organizations to help them identify the exact type of governance dysfunction the organisation is experiencing when dealing with complex sustainable development challenges. It identifies the what – what governance dysfunctions is your organisation experiencing.

Within the workshop you’ll learn about what is a Good Governance, how to define a Preferred Governance Future, the Status Quo and Alternative Governance Futures. 

Format: 90 minutes, online delivery. Size of the group is typically from 6-12 participants, although this can be negotiated.
