This workshop has been designed for managers, team leaders, HR professionals, change agents and leaders to equip them with the essential skills for creating a design for a change path, effective communication and leadership in driving organizational change. By providing participants with the necessary knowledge and skills, this workshop can help organizations navigate change effectively and achieve their desired outcomes.
Within the workshop you’ll deepen the understanding on change and its impact; learn how to define a change and its types (planned vs. unplanned); learn about he impact of change on individuals and organizations; and how to overcoming resistance to change by properly planning the change process, effectively communicating the change, and by providing adjusted leadership for specific change.
