YouHeal Project Training for Young Adults, Serbia

Sharing a sneak peek into successful empowering #YOUHEAL Erasmus+ Project Training, taking place in Serbia from 29.10. – 4.11.2023.

Feeling good and inspired participants from 5 project countries – Slovenia, Serbia, Romunia, Greece and Austria have been training together and developing skills on mental health, mindfulness and wellbeing, focusing on personal empowerment, goal-setting, stress reduction and breathing knowledge, techniques and tools.
